Dublin based professional artist Ann Flynn is an honours graduate of DIT in Visual

communications.

 She is regularly selected to exhibit with the Royal Hibernian Academy Annual Exhibition, The Royal Ulster Academy of Arts Annual Exhibition, The Royal Society of Marine Artists, London and The Royal Institute of Oil Painters, London.

She has won major international awards for her work including stamp design for An post

and The Artist magazine award at The Mall Galleries, London.

 Ann has recently been elected Associate Member of the Royal Society of Marine Artists

London. The RSMA is the focal point for much of Britain's finest contemporary marine artists.

 "Growing up by the sea has given me a lifelong love of the coast and all things maritime and it remains a constant source of inspiration.

My recent election to the Royal Society of Marine Artists at the Mall Galleries London is both a great honour and a proud achievement.

 While everything related to the sea remains central to my work, my painting practice extends across a wide range of subjects including landscape, interiors and still life with a particular passion for figurative painting.
